We live in a typical small quiet country village on YORKE PENINSULA on the south coast of Australia. HUGE house; not suitable for children though. 200km from Adelaide (capital city of South Australia) - we can meet you at Adelaide Airport. RURAL location - surrounded by farms: barley/wheat/canola/sheep AND coast.
Yorke Peninsula is narrow: *EAST or WEST the coast is just 10-15 minutes. *SOUTH, the coast is more rugged (surf/ship wrecks). Kangaroo Island visible off the southern coast of Yorke Peninsula. Nearby you will see many pristine white,sandy beaches/reefs/jetties for fishing/grain ports/dolphins/shells... *BAROSSA VALLEY wineries 1-2 hours.
MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE; summer Dec-Feb.
Car exchange possible.

We are interested in Europe - preferably rural locations, for non-simultaneous exchanges.
OR Australia/Oceania for simultaneous swaps. Will consider any proposal though.
Very experienced exchangers, both of 1950's vintage. Ashley has an Arts degree, majoring in sculpture; now retired. Heather was an Interior Decorator, now a Civil Marriage Celebrant and has recently published a local history book. Have had many successful exchanges from Northern Ireland to Malta..... and in between!
A stray kitten has adopted us but can be looked after by friends if required.
And our garden may need watering during summer (if above 35-40C).
